How do the low prices come about?
We buy strollers and child seats in old collections and discontinued models. In addition, we buy container goods, that is, large quantities. This allows us to offer you lower prices. The goods are nevertheless new, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Can I also browse in the warehouse?
Unfortunately this is not possible. The products are in boxes in our warehouse, so we cannot unpack and show you the strollers and child seats. In the warehouse you can only pick up the goods and pay by EC card. You can find all information about the products on this website.
What can I do if I do not like the purchased products?
If you have bought a product that does not meet your expectations, it is not a problem. Within 30 days we have a money back guarantee. Returns are free of charge if the value of the goods exceeds 40€ and if you are based in Germany.
What can I do if my stroller or child seat gets damaged?
If you notice any damage to your stroller or child seat, you can contact us using the complaint form on our site. Please send then pictures and a description, so that we can quickly take care of it.
